2026 Altis Sigma High Performance Electric Dirt Bike Built for riders who want real power, range, and a platform that keeps pushing forward The 2026 Altis Sigma is where Altis took everything that worked on the Sigma platform and refined it into something sharper, stronger, and more capable across the board. This is not just a refresh, it is a more dialed version of what riders have already been pushing hard in the real world. At the core is a 98V system paired with a 35Ah Samsung 21700 battery and a 25kW peak hairpin motor. That combination gives you strong acceleration, high sustained power, and the ability to carry speed in a way most bikes in this class still struggle with. With a 450 phase-amp controller and updated throttle tuning, power delivery feels more controlled down low and more aggressive when you want it. Altis also stepped up the chassis and rider interface. You are getting a new bar size upgrade to 1 1/8β, improved front suspension with a 220mm dual spring fork, reinforced components throughout, and a new headlight setup. It is still the same lightweight forged aluminum frame concept, just tightened up where it matters for durability and ride feel. From our perspective at REV Rides, what really makes this bike stand out is how balanced it is. It has one of the best throttle Curves out there and For a long ride Aspect the seat has one of the best if not most comfortable seat and riders box. It is not just peak numbers, it is how usable that power is across trail riding, faster open sections, and everyday riding. The Sigma platform has always been strong, and this 2026 version just feels more complete. Why the 2026 Sigma stands out 25kW peak hairpin motor gives strong top end while still staying controllable down low 98V Samsung battery system delivers consistent power and solid range for longer rides 450A controller keeps power delivery smooth but aggressive when needed 220mm dual spring fork improves front-end stability and control over rough terrain Updated cockpit and bar size gives a more modern, planted riding position Full size moto brakes with 260mm front and 220mm rear rotors for real stopping power Technical Specifications Motor Power: 25kW Peak (34 HP) Torque: 601 Nm (44T sprocket) Top Speed: 80+ mph on 19/19 | 65+ mph on 19/16 Battery: 98V 35Ah Samsung 21700 Battery Capacity: 3.4 kWh Controller: 450 Phase-Amp Weight: 198 lbs Seat Height: 35" Wheelbase: 51" Ground Clearance: 13" Front Suspension: 220mm Dual Spring Fork Rear Suspension: 85mm Linkage Brakes: 260mm Front / 220mm Rear, 4-Piston Hydraulic Display: 3.5" TFT with NFC Regen Braking: 5 Adjustable Levels Charging Time: 80% in 2 hours, 100% in 3 hours Cooling: Air-cooled Wheels: 19" Front / 19" Rear ( 19" Front / 16" Rear MX version coming Summer 2026) Color: Black (Red coming Summer of 2026) 2026 Upgrades Upgraded BMS for improved efficiency and range Higher motor RPM for better top end performance Increased torque output for stronger acceleration Refined throttle tuning for smoother control Dual spring front suspension upgrade Dust seals added to rear linkage Reinforced front hubs for added durability 1 1/8" handlebar upgrade New headlight design New 520h chain 2025 vs 2026 Altis Sigma Comparison Powertrain & Performance Category 2025 Altis Sigma (Standard) 2026 Altis Sigma System Voltage 97.2V (98V class) 98V Battery 35Ah Samsung 50S (~3.4 kWh) 35Ah Samsung 21700 (~3.4 kWh, updated BMS) Motor Hairpin motor Hairpin motor (higher RPM) Peak Power 20β22 kW (~27 HP) 25 kW (~34 HP) Torque 533 Nm (39T) / 601 Nm (MX) ~601 Nm+ (increased output) Top Speed ~70 mph / ~62+ mph (MX) 80+ mph (19/19) / ~65+ mph (MX) Controller Altis programmable 450A (refined tuning) Throttle Standard mapping Refined, smoother and more aggressive Range ~50 miles (terrain dependent) Improved efficiency (updated BMS + tuning) Regen Braking 5 Levels 5 Levels Chassis & Suspension Category 2025 Altis Sigma 2026 Altis Sigma Frame Steel & aluminum hybrid Refined forged aluminum Weight ~198 lbs ~198 lbs Wheelbase 1285 mm (~50.6β) ~51β Seat Height ~33β ~35β Ground Clearance ~11.8β ~13β Front Suspension 200mm air spring fork 220mm dual spring fork Rear Suspension Linkage, ~85mm travel Linkage, ~85mm (dust seals added) Brakes 260mm front / 220mm rear Same (4-piston hydraulic) Wheels & Hardware Category 2025 Altis Sigma 2026 Altis Sigma Wheel Options 19/19 or 19/16 (MX) Same (MX variant continues) Chain 428H 520H Front Hubs Standard Reinforced Rear Axle 18mm Upgraded (stronger setup) Cockpit & Electronics Category 2025 Altis Sigma 2026 Altis Sigma Handlebars 7/8β 1 1/8β (28.6mm) Display 3.5β TFT with NFC Same Headlight LED New updated design Charging Time ~3β4 hours ~3-4 hours Cooling Air-cooled Air-cooled Key Upgrades in 2026 25kW peak power (up from ~22kW) Higher motor RPM for better top-end speed Increased torque and stronger acceleration Refined throttle tuning for smoother control Upgraded BMS for improved efficiency and range 220mm dual spring fork for better front-end stability Reinforced hubs and improved durability 1 1/8β handlebar upgrade New headlight design New 520 chain Up from 428 Wheel Options Sigma : 19" front / 19" rear, better for stability and higher speed riding Sigma MX : 19" front / 16" rear, quicker handling and more torque-focused feel Who this bike is for Riders coming from Sur-Ron or Talaria platforms looking for more power and range Trail and enduro riders who want a lightweight bike that can still carry speed Anyone building a high performance e-moto setup without jumping into full size gas bikes Important Notes Water resistant, not waterproof.
