15-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unused, undamaged bikes in original packaging.

How returns work

1. Email sales@dirtbikestores.com with your order number.
2. We'll email a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping for buyer's-remorse returns is paid by the customer. Damaged-on-arrival or defective items ship back free.
