We do not offer in-house financing. The Bitcoin payment method gives an automatic 20% discount, which is the largest discount we can extend.

Yes — as long as the bike has not shipped, email or call within 24 hours and we will modify or refund the order at no charge.

Zelle, Chime, Bitcoin (with a 20% discount applied automatically), and Debit Card via a secure payment link. We do not accept PayPal or Stripe credit cards.

Bitcoin saves us payment-processing fees and chargeback risk, so we pass the savings directly to you. The discount is applied at checkout when you select Bitcoin.

After you place the order we email you the recipient name and Zelle email / Chime $Cashtag within minutes. Use your order number as the memo and reply to the order confirmation once sent.

Every bike ships ~85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty wood and cardboard crate. The front wheel, handlebars and mirrors attach in the final assembly.

Yes — as soon as the freight carrier picks up the crate you receive a tracking email with the carrier name, tracking number, and an estimated delivery window.

Photograph the crate before signing for delivery and email us within 24 hours. We file the carrier claim for you and ship a replacement part or full bike at no cost.

Yes, signature is required to protect the bike. The carrier will schedule a delivery window with you by phone.

Minor assembly only — attach the front wheel, handlebars and mirrors. Most riders finish in 15–30 minutes using the included tool kit.

Yes — every bike includes a basic tool kit, charger (electric), and quick-start guide. You only need a tire-pressure gauge and a bit of bench space.

Electric bikes ship with the battery installed and partially charged so you can test-ride within an hour of unboxing. A full charge takes 3–5 hours from a standard outlet.

Gas bikes ship dry (no oil or fuel) for freight safety. We include break-in oil; you add 91+ octane gasoline before first start.

Gas: ride gently for the first 5 hours, vary RPMs, change oil at 5 and 10 hours. Electric: ride normally — no break-in required for motor or battery.

1-year (365-day) limited warranty covering motor/engine, frame, battery (capacity), and OEM electrics. Wear items (tires, brake pads, chains, fluids) are excluded.

Yes — 15-day money-back returns on unused, undamaged bikes in original packaging. Buyer pays return freight; refund issued within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Call within 48 hours of delivery. Return freight is on us for any DOA claim, and we ship a replacement immediately.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the returned bike being received and inspected.

Crash damage, water damage, competitive race use, unauthorized motor or controller modifications, and skipped maintenance intervals (gas models).

Most off-road dirt bikes do not require a license for use on private property or designated trails. Street-legal models are clearly labeled in the listing.

Off-road by default. Some states allow on-road registration with added lights, signals, mirrors and a horn kit — check your state DMV for specifics.

At minimum: full-face helmet, goggles, gloves, long sleeves and pants, and over-the-ankle boots. A chest protector and knee/elbow pads are highly recommended.

On private property with permission, on designated OHV trails, and at motocross parks. Riding on public roads requires a street-legal model and registration.

You must be 18+ to place the order. Kids dirt bikes are sized for ages 4–12 and should always be ridden under adult supervision.

Match seat height to your child's inseam (floor-to-crotch). For ages 4–7 use a 50cc gas or 24V–36V electric; for ages 8–12 use a 110cc gas or 48V electric.

Electric wins on noise, zero maintenance, and instant torque. Gas wins on refuel time and range for all-day riding. Most weekend riders prefer electric.

Sur-Ron Light Bee is lighter and trail-focused; Talaria Sting has more torque and a beefier frame. Both are 60V–80V e-MX platforms; pick by what fits your riding style.

Kids electric: 14–25 mph. Kids 50cc gas: 25–30 mph. 125cc gas: 50–60 mph. Adult e-MX (Sur-Ron / Talaria): 50–75 mph depending on gearing.

Real-world range is 25–60 miles per charge on adult e-MX builds, and 10–20 miles on kids electric models — terrain and throttle use have the biggest impact.
