By placing an order with DirtBikeStores you agree to the following terms. These terms cover ordering, payment, shipping, returns, warranty, and dispute handling.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Once your order is placed, the price is locked in. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are clearly mispriced or fraudulent.

Payments

We accept Zelle, Chime, Bitcoin (with a 20% discount applied automatically), and Debit Card via a secure payment link. Payment instructions are emailed within minutes of placing the order. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Orders ship from our US warehouse in 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $800 (excludes RT-X models). See our Shipping policy for full details.

Returns

15-day money-back returns on unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Buyer's-remorse returns pay return freight. See our Returns policy.

Warranty

Every bike includes a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items and crash damage are excluded. See our Warranty policy.

Use of the bike

Our bikes are sold for off-road use unless explicitly labeled as street-legal. You are responsible for wearing protective gear, riding within your skill level, and complying with local laws. DirtBikeStores is not liable for injury, property damage, or legal consequences arising from misuse.

Disputes

If something is wrong, email sales@dirtbikestores.com or call +1 (234) 203-9794 before opening a chargeback. We resolve nearly every issue within 24–48 hours.
